Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to DigiBoard are non-refundable under any circumstances once the transaction is successfully completed and payment is confirmed.

This includes one-time purchases, subscription plans, setup fees, customization charges, or any other service fees.

Why No Refunds?

We follow a strict no-refund policy because:

  • Services are digital and activated instantly upon payment is received
  • Resources, server setup, and onboarding processes begin immediately
  • We maintain high-quality service standards with fixed operational costs
  • All features, pricing, and terms are clearly displayed before purchase

Exceptions (Very Rare Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of DigiBoard management:

  • Double payment made by mistake for the same order
  • Technical error on our end causing non-delivery of service (must be reported within 24 hours)

Even in these cases, a processing fee may be deducted.
